How To Make a Fermented Cassava





ingredients:

1.5 kg of cassava
1.5 grains of yeast tape, puree
Banana leaves for the base

How to make:

1. Peel the cassava, then wash and cut according to taste.
2. Steamed cassava until cooked, then set it aside and wait until cool.
3. Once cool, grammar cassava into a closed container that has been on a banana leaf Cover.
4. Sprinkle with yeast until smooth tape.
5. Close the container surface with banana leaves and then cover tightly with lid container.
6. Keep in a warm place and let stand for 2-3 days.
7. Tape ready for consumption.
